Hefei, 13 Jan (China News Network) -- The press conference of the 15th Anhui Provincial Games was held in Hefei City on 13 January, at which the emblem of the 15th Anhui Provincial Games was released, "Huifeng Anhui Yunting Pavilion Good Chuzhou", the meeting song "Dancing Wonderfully", the mascot "Chu Bao" and the theme slogan "Anhui Province Yunting Good Chuzhou".

According to Qin Xu, deputy director of the Anhui Provincial Sports Bureau, in 2022, the 15th Anhui Provincial Games will be held in Chuzhou. The Games include three department competitions: youth department, university department and group department. The competition of the university department is scheduled to start in March this year, the youth competition is scheduled to start in April, and the opening and closing ceremonies of the provincial games are scheduled to be held in September. At the same time, the Competition of the Ministry of Groups, the Provincial Games for the Disabled and the Games for Ethnic Minorities were also held. At that time, more than 30,000 people from 16 prefectures and cities in Anhui Province, colleges and universities in the province, and various industry associations participated in the competition in 49 projects.

On the same day, Li Baojun, member of the Standing Committee of the Chuzhou Municipal Party Committee and minister of propaganda in Anhui Province, released the emblem, song, mascot and theme slogan of the Games.

The emblem of this Games is "Huifeng Anhui Yunting Pavilion Good Chuzhou", the unique emblem design integrates Anhui characteristics, Chuzhou culture, 15th, the Games and other elements into one, with strong visual impact, bright color, compact structure and rich connotation. The main body of the emblem is red as the main color, which means enthusiasm, openness and passion, expressing the excitement of the people of Chuzhou for holding this provincial sports event, and at the same time embodying the sports spirit of courage and health.

The song is called "Wonderful Dance", with sports elements as the starting point for creation, divided into three levels, layer by layer, and the rhythm is cheerful. As a whole, it shows the new posture of Damei Chuzhou's vitality and momentum, and presents the passionate spiritual outlook of the sons and daughters of Jianghuai in the new era and the enthusiasm of the people to unite and forge ahead and strive to move forward.

The mascot is "Chu Bao", which means "Chuzhou Treasure", the mascot takes the Chuzhou City Flower - "Chu Ju" as the design body, symbolizing the unique quality of this Games, the blooming petals symbolize the sportsmanship of the grand event, the clenched fist expresses the determination to work hard, the happy smile gives people affinity, gold and red represent enthusiasm and strength, and blue symbolizes hope and ideal. The theme slogan of this year's Games is "Anhui province yunting good Chuzhou".

Chuzhou is the hometown of Olympic champion Xu Haifeng, and it is also the "Oriental Handball Capital" that is focused on building. In recent years, Chuzhou's sports industry has flourished. In 2019, Chuzhou hosted the men's handball final of the second National Youth Games and the women's handball qualification tournament in Asia. In 2020, Chuzhou hosted the National Handball Championship and the Fifth National Fitness Games in Anhui Province. Through the successful holding of national and provincial professional championships, Chuzhou has not only improved the city's ability to run competitions, but also accumulated experience in holding competitions.
