During the event, car purchase subsidies will be issued to car buyers who register in Guiyang City (including Yunyan District, Nanming District, Guanshanhu District, Huaxi District, Baiyun District, Wudang District, Qingzhen City, Xiuwen County, Kaiyang County, Xifeng County, Economic Development Zone, High-tech Zone, Comprehensive Insurance District, Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone, the same below) and meet the conditions for the purchase of new energy vehicles with a total invoice of more than 100,000 yuan (inclusive) and "China VI" standard fuel vehicles (7 seats and below non-operating passenger cars, the same below).
1. The total purchase invoice is 100,000 yuan (inclusive) - 300,000 yuan (not included) each subsidy for new energy vehicles is 3,000 yuan; the total purchase invoice is 300,000 yuan (inclusive) for each new energy vehicle subsidy of 5,000 yuan.
2. The total purchase invoice is 100,000 yuan (inclusive) - 300,000 yuan (not included) each fuel vehicle subsidy of 2,000 yuan; the total purchase invoice is 300,000 yuan (inclusive) or more for each fuel vehicle subsidy of 4,000 yuan.

Conditions for claiming subsidies
1. During the event, all participating enterprises can apply for the purchase of participating car brands and models, car purchase invoices of more than 100,000 yuan (inclusive), non-operating new energy and "China VI" standard fuel passenger cars with 7 seats or less.
2. The purchased vehicle must be registered for the first time, and the car number plate must be registered in accordance with the law, and second-hand cars, transfer cars, and cars purchased in other places cannot be applied for.
3. The car buyer must be an individual car buyer, and the government, enterprises and institutions cannot apply for car purchase, batch purchase of operating cars, etc.
4. The car buyer needs to complete the process of paying for the car and loading the license plate (not limited to the place of listing) during the activity, and if the car registration process is not completed during the activity, it cannot be claimed.
5. A car can only be applied for once, and the quota is sorted by the time when the declaration materials pass the background review, first-come, first-served, and the subsidy funds are used up.
How to apply for the car purchase subsidy
Reservation quota
During the event, car buyers purchase eligible new energy vehicles and fuel vehicles from participating enterprises, confirm the pick-up time with the merchants, and sign car purchase agreements. Participating enterprises assist car buyers to submit car purchase invoices, car buyers' ID cards, mobile phone numbers, etc. on the "reservation application" interface of the activity platform, and make an appointment for subsidy applications.
Schedule a review
The activity platform reviews the reservation information submitted by the car buyer to determine the authenticity of the subscription and whether the selected model meets the conditions. Once the reservation is successful, the quota can be reserved for 30 days.
Claim
The car buyer completes the process of payment, pick-up and license plate within 30 days after the reservation is successful, and uploads the information such as the motor vehicle driving license and bank account on the platform to apply for subsidies. If the complete application materials are not submitted within the time limit, the reservation quota will automatically expire and the unused quota will be counted for subsequent appointment declaration.
Claim for review
The activity platform reviews the information submitted by the car buyer, notifies the car buyer after passing and publishes it on the platform.
Subsidies are granted
The subsidy funds are credited to the car buyer's reserved account by the activity platform.
