I. The problem of epidemic prevention and control work in Xiaozhai Road Street in Yanta District prevaricates responsibility and harms the interests of the masses

On December 28, 2021, the Yongfu community in Xiaozhai Road Street, Yanta District, found a case of mixed test abnormality in the nucleic acid test organized by Xihe Community, and then a resident of the community was identified as a confirmed case. Cao Jinjiang, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xiaozhai Road Subdistrict, as the person in charge of the leading group for street epidemic prevention and control, lacks responsibility and is afraid of difficulties, knowing that the first 6 rounds of nucleic acid testing in Xihe Community are organized and implemented by Xiaozhai Road Street, and after the confirmed cases in the community, on the grounds that the confirmed cases reside in Beilin District, they arrange to send a letter to Beilin District, and push it; On December 30, when the whole city was testing for nucleic acid, Cao Jinjiang decided not to conduct nucleic acid testing in Xihe Community without authorization; When arranging the material support for residents, Xiaozhai Road Street and Yongfu Community did not distribute daily necessities to the people of the community on the grounds that the Xihe Community belonged to the management of Beilin District, causing a bad impact.

On January 4, 2022, in the nucleic acid testing of all employees in Yanta District, Some cadres were lax and paralyzed in their thinking and did not perform their duties effectively, Shen Yi, deputy director of the Street Safety Office and head of the Qingsong Road Community Bag Grasp Section, and Ning Bin, secretary of the Party Committee of the Qingsong Road Community and director of the Neighborhood Committee, did not strictly implement the requirements of "due diligence and no one should be missed", discounted and changed in the work, and decided to postpone sampling without authorization, resulting in the nucleic acid testing in 4 communities such as the Family Hospital of the No. 46 Middle School in the city, until the higher level inspection was found.
