Recently, some citizens in the Golden Century New Town Community in Lanshan District have reported that the garbage cans in the community are not cleaned in time. In this regard, the paddy field community where the community is located quickly communicated with the property, which not only solved the problem, but also strengthened the management of garbage removal.
The Chunxiao Community of Shudi in Lanshan Street also encountered similar problems. Some owners reported that the pedicure shops along the street in the community discarded garbage in the garbage cans in the community at will, resulting in overflowing garbage cans and bad smells. The community staff said that the property has carried out unified dumping and disinfection of garbage, and there is no big odor on the site, and urged the property to clean up the garbage cans in time to ensure that the garbage is no longer overflowing.
The issue of garbage removal and transportation is not only related to the daily life of residents, but also an important part of urban governance. In order to effectively solve this problem, Lanshan District actively implements the "barrel station docking" model, and improves the efficiency of garbage disposal by entering the collection station and the station entering the factory for centralized cleaning and transportation. Up to now, 440 property communities have realized the direct entry of garbage cans, and 87 unmanaged communities have been collected and transported, 212 barrel points on the roadside have been eliminated, and 476 non-property management communities have all been included in the collection and transportation system.
However, the "bucket station docking" mode still faces some challenges in actual operation. For communities with a small amount of garbage generated, this model has been widely recognized by residents; However, for communities with a large amount of garbage generation or far away from the collection station, property personnel show a certain degree of difficulty.
The property manager of Liuhe Yuting Community said that their community needs to transport more than 60 barrels of garbage every day, and due to the small number of property staff, the pressure of cleaning and transportation is greater. A staff member of the sanitation group said: "'Barrel station docking' requires the domestic garbage to be sent directly to the station, and the difficulty now is that the cleaning vehicle used to go on a trip, and now it needs to be sent by a special person from the property organization, and it takes several times a day, which is a little longer to come and go." ”
The actual operation of the "barrel station docking" mode in many collection stations in Lanshan District is generally good, but there are still many problems such as long working hours of sanitation workers, poor working environment, failure of garbage collection machines at garbage stations, and resistance on the way of garbage removal and transportation by community personnel.
In view of the problems existing in the "barrel station docking" mode, the urban management bureau will increase the number of management personnel, form a "two-shift" system, reduce the labor volume of sanitation workers, continue to improve supporting facilities, and optimize the distance of garbage transportation in the community. At the same time, they will also actively connect with the traffic police department to gradually standardize the vehicles and routes for transporting domestic waste. In the future, we will implement precise policies, promote the "barrel station docking" work according to local conditions, and manage urban and rural environmental sanitation problems in a hierarchical and classified manner, so as to create a clean, tidy and livable living environment for citizens.
