Concentrate on carrying out investigation and rectification of the management of assets involved in the case
Strictly distinguish between assets involved in the case and lawful assets, and where it is unrelated to the case or the case has already been withdrawn, promptly lift the measures of sealing, seizure, or freezing, and promote efforts to dispose of assets involved in the case in accordance with laws and regulations.
Implement the "sunshine freezing" of the accounts involved in the case
After the accounts involved in the case are frozen in accordance with the law, provide channels for inquiries and methods of appeal for mass enterprises; It is strictly forbidden to exceed the authority, scope, amount, or time limit of the freeze; and where it is verified that it is not related to the case, it is to be promptly unfrozen in accordance with law.
