Timely handling of customer demands is one of the normal jobs of couriers. On weekday mornings, there are not many residents in and out of the station, and there are 12 six-story shelves in the station, and the bagged, boxed, and boxed couriers on each shelf are neatly placed, "There are 600 to 1,100 deliveries a day. In 2012, Bao Zhouquan, who had just been discharged from the army, was assigned to the patrol special police brigade of Xihu District, but in his early 20s, he was strong in blood and had a heart to "break through" the society, so he gave up this decent and stable job in the mouth of outsiders, began to live a "Hangpiao" life, tried to start his own business in the entertainment industry, bought his first house by the river in Xiasha, ran his own small family, and lived in the direction he expected to go "uphill".
And life also has a "sharp turn" at the intersection, "Later, the business failed and the house was sold." Bao Zhouquan calmly recalled. Years of social experience and trial and error have made him calm down and seriously consider his life plan. In his view, the express delivery industry is also one of the service industries, and the important thing is not how quickly a cargo can be sorted and delivered, but the attitude of the courier - distant relatives are not as good as close neighbors, which is also the attitude he has always followed in his courier work in the community. "Sometimes, the customer is very anxious to ask for a piece, but when I really can't deliver it at the moment, I will patiently explain the situation, note down his demands, and give my solution suggestions, which will generally be accepted by the customer." Obviously, Bao Zhouquan's work attitude and method are effective. For him, walking 10,000 steps a day has long been the norm, and there are no large transportation vehicles for delivering express delivery in the community, sometimes small three-wheelers, sometimes carts, "just like walking through the streets and alleys and then passing through the doors." Bao Zhouquan has a positive attitude towards the hard work, he said: "Others deliberately go to the gym to use a climbing machine and a treadmill to lose weight and fitness, then I climb the stairs to send pieces is equivalent to climbing with weight, transporting goods is equivalent to running, and daily carrying heavy goods is to lift dumbbells, and work and fitness are not wrong." For him, the courier work in the past five years not only did not bring him "occupational diseases", but made his body stronger.
