On December 16, 2021, the Longhua Branch of the Haikou Municipal Public Security Bureau received an alarm that three men stabbed another man with a knife on Huahai Road and snatched an Apple phone.
After receiving the police, the plainclothes police brigade of the Longhua Branch of the Haikou Municipal Public Security Bureau quickly launched an investigation and arrested three suspects suspected of robbery with knives at about 23:40 on January 2.

It is understood that before the incident, the victim Kou rented a car at his friend Fu's book, and agreed to return the car to Huahai Road in Longhua District on December 16, because Fu was dissatisfied with Kou, he provided the information of Kou's return of the car to 3 men who had a contradiction, Xu (19 years old, from Lingao County, Hainan Province), Shen Moukui (21 years old, from Haikou City, Hainan Province), and Liu Moufei (19 years old, from Ledong County, Hainan Province).
On December 16, 2021, Kou drove the vehicle to Huahai Road according to the agreed time to prepare to return the car to Fu Moushu. At this moment, Xu Mou, Shen Moukui, and Liu Moufei arrived on an electric car, each carrying a knife on his body, and when he got out of the car, he took out a folding dagger and stabbed Kou in the leg and snatched his mobile phone. After injuring people, the 3 people did not leave at the first time, but took Kou's mobile phone, coerced him to say the unlock password, learned the password and rode away.
According to the confession, Fu Moushu originally wanted to teach Kou a lesson, did not expect the 3 suspects to get out of the car and take out the knife, Fu Moushu was worried that things were big, and also blocked it, but because the 3 people were holding knives in their hands, he did not dare to come closer; after seeing that the matter was serious, Fu Moushu immediately called the police.
The victim, Kou Mou, was lying in the hospital with injuries.
According to haikou Longhua criminal police, on the day of the incident, the three suspects fled to Sanya on a car rental and mortgaged Kou's mobile phone to others for a profit of 350 yuan for daily expenses such as eating. During the period, the 3 people also called Fu Moushu several times to ask whether Kou had called the police and how the police handled it.
On December 28, 2021, three suspects returned to Haikou from Sanya, and the plainclothes brigade of the Longhua Public Security Bureau arrested three suspects suspected of robbery with knives in a hotel room on Zhongshan Road in Qiongshan District, Haikou City, at about 23:40 on January 2 this year, according to clues, and seized a gray unlicensed electric vehicle under the hotel building.
After interrogation, Xu Mou, Shen Moukui and Liu Moufei confessed to the fact that they snatched an Apple mobile phone after stabbing someone on Huahai Road in Longhua District, Haikou City on December 16, 2021.
At present, the 3 suspects and the items involved in the case have been transferred to the police station of the jurisdiction for further examination and processing.
