At the scene, the inspector checked the key parts of the No. 14 refueling gun, such as the main board, encoder, flow measurement converter, etc., and then extracted 50 liters of oil from the refueling machine, and filled it into the standard 50 liters of special inspection instrument, a total of three extractions, after data analysis and comparison, the average value was obtained, the error value of the refueling gun was 2/10,000, within the error range of 3/1000 specified in the national standard. The test result is qualified.
"If the owner suspects that the fuel gun is not measured accurately, he can ask the gas station staff to use the gas station's self-calibration standard measuring device to measure on the spot, and the gas station must cooperate." The inspector said that if the on-site inspection of the market supervision department finds that the measurement is inaccurate, the fuel dispenser suspected of inaccurate measurement will be seized in accordance with the law.
According to reports, the self-calibration standard measuring device of the gas station was put into use only after passing the verification of the legal metrology verification agency of the market supervision department.
On the same day, the law enforcement officers of the Qiaokou District Market Supervision Bureau of Wuhan City also inspected the management system of the gas station's license, oil product qualification certificate, sales ledger, and implementation of the product quality and safety responsibility system.
"Strengthen the supervision of the measurement of fuel dispensers in the jurisdiction, consolidate the main responsibility of the enterprise, and effectively maintain the market environment of fair competition." The relevant person in charge of the Market Supervision Bureau of Qiaokou District, Wuhan City, said that it will continue to strengthen the supervision of people's livelihood measurement, improve the level of measurement management, increase the supervision and inspection of fuel dispensers, and severely crack down on illegal acts such as the use of fuel dispensers by gas stations to implement measurement cheating in accordance with the law, so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measuring instruments in use.

In the process of refueling, special attention should be paid to the refueling machine after the gun, the display screen of the refueling machine in addition to the unit price display, whether the other numbers are "back to zero", whether there is a phenomenon of "lifting the gun and walking the word", if there is, you can ask the refueler to hang the gun back to zero and then refuel, after refueling, verify the number and amount of the refueling machine in time, and ask for an invoice to provide evidence for later complaints.
