The K154+920 culvert of the provincial highway S204 Li Tai line has been assessed by the technical condition of Jiangxi Provincial Transportation Research Institute Co., Ltd., and the main components have large defects, which seriously affect the use function of the culvert and have great potential safety hazards. According to the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Jiangxi Provincial Highway Regulations" and other relevant regulations, in order to effectively protect the safety of people's lives and property, it was decided to implement traffic control on the K154+920 culvert of S204 Li Tai Line. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

From 00:00 on May 17, 2024 to 24:00 on November 17, 2024.

Regulatory Approach
During the traffic control period, the K154+920 culvert of the S204 Li Tai Line will be subject to height and load restrictions. Height limit: 3 meters from the road surface; Load limit: Heavy vehicles with 3 axles or more, with a total weight of 20 tons and an axle load of more than 13 tons are prohibited. Other vehicles, speed limit: 20 km/h.
Detour route
During the traffic control period, restricted vehicles from the S204 Litai Line to Hufang, Chenfang and Taiyuan will pass from the X131 Hekou to Zixi Highway Hekou to Yongping Section→ S425 Yonghuang Line Yongping to Gangdong Section→ X040 Shanghai Port to Gangdong Highway → S204 Li Tai Line, and the restricted vehicles from Hufang, Chenfang and Taiyuan directions to the county seat will pass from S204 Litai Line→ X040 Shanggang to Gangdong Highway→ S425 Yonghuang Line Gangdong to Yongping Section→ X131 Hekou to Zixi Highway Yongping to Hekou Section.
