Jiangxi Power Supply Service Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned company invested and established by the provincial management industrial unit of State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power Co., Ltd., entrusted with the production and operation of local township power supply stations, including the inspection, maintenance, overhaul, troubleshooting and emergency repair of township distribution network equipment, the expansion of the power industry, the installation of meters, electricity inspection, electricity bill collection and customer service.

Recruitment needs
In 2024, power supply service companies in Jiangxi plan to recruit 520 people, including 370 full-time graduates (graduating in 2024) from domestic colleges and universities, and 150 full-time graduates from domestic colleges and universities graduating in 2023 and before. The hired personnel directly sign labor contracts with county and city (district) power supply service Co., Ltd., and are arranged to work in front-line technical positions in township power supply services outside the county seat.

Recruitment conditions
(1) Abide by national laws and regulations and school rules and regulations, abide by social morality, have good ideological and moral qualities, have a good record of creditworthiness, and have no criminal offenses or records of serious violations of school discipline and school rules. (2) Have a full-time college degree or above, and obtain a graduation certificate before the end of July 2024. Applicants with a full-time bachelor's degree or above should also have a corresponding degree. Academic qualifications and degree information can be found on the "China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin.com, http://www.chsi.com.cn)". (3) The recruitment majors are mainly electricians, taking into account some non-electrician majors. Applicants should possess the academic qualifications listed in Annex 1 (subject to the major major). Non-electrical engineering majors in Nanchang require a full-time bachelor's degree. (4) Under the age of 30 (born on or after January 1, 1994, subject to ID card). (5) Be physically and mentally healthy, and meet the physical examination standards for the recruitment of state civil servants. Recruitment arrangement
(1) Online registration: From the date of the recruitment announcement, applicants shall register through the registration website (http://218.65.110.170:8888), and other registration methods will be invalid. After logging in to the website, enter the "2024 Power Supply Service Company Recruitment" column, fill in the personal resume according to the steps, once the resume is submitted, it cannot be changed, the company will not accept the change or return of the resume, please carefully check the information filled in before submitting the resume. Note: (1) When filling in the academic information, be sure to fill in the "online verification code" of the full-time academic qualification (the verification code can be verified online on the academic information network), and the academic information cannot be screened by the resume. Among them, 2024 graduates can provide the online verification code of the "Online Verification Report of the Ministry of Education", and graduates of 2023 and before provide the online verification code of the "Electronic Registration and Filing Form of the Ministry of Education's Academic Certificate", and the validity period of the online verification code must be extended to August 31, 2024 and later. (2) The company encourages applicants to choose the power supply service company of the county where they are located, and will organize the shortlisted candidates to fill in the final volunteer before the interview. Applicants are not allowed to change the districted city of the "application volunteer" filled in during the online registration process when filling in the final volunteer link. 3. The registration time is from the date of announcement to 24:00 on May 24, 2024, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
(2) The on-site qualification review and written examination company will organize the selection of candidates' resumes according to the recruitment needs, examination room carrying capacity, etc., and the list of candidates who have passed the screening and the time and place of on-site qualification review will be announced in advance through the registration website, and those who are not shortlisted will not be notified separately. The on-site qualification review is tentatively scheduled for June 3 and 4, 2024. The content of the on-site qualification review is: the original ID card; "Online Verification Report of Student Status of the Ministry of Education" (download and print from the Academic Information Network, only for 2024 graduates, see Annex 2 for the sample form); School-stamped transcripts (for 2024 graduates only); "Electronic Registration and Filing Form for Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education" (download and print from the Academic Information Network, only for graduates in 2023 and before, see Annex 3 for the sample form); "Online Verification Report of China's Higher Education Degrees" (download and print the academic letter, only for graduates with a bachelor's degree or above in 2023 and before, see Appendix 4 for the sample form); Retired servicemen are required to provide supporting materials. Under the same conditions, retired servicemen are given priority. Candidates can only take the written test after passing the on-site qualification review, and the written test time is tentatively scheduled for June 5, 2024 (the specific time will be notified separately). The written test is computer-based.
(3) The organization of the interview interview time is expected to be about five working days after the written test (the specific time will be notified separately), and the written test will be organized before the interview to fill in the final volunteers.
(4) Publicity of candidates to be hired, candidates to be hired will be publicized on the registration website, and those who are not hired will not be notified separately.
(5) After the completion of the physical examination and the announcement of entry and the approval of the superior unit, the hospital designated by the power supply service company shall conduct a unified health examination, and the entry procedures shall be handled after passing the physical examination.

Exam content
(1) The content of the written examination. The written test focuses on professional ability and comprehensive ability, with the proportion of electrical engineering majors and comprehensive being 60% and 40% respectively, and the proportion of non-electrical engineering majors and comprehensive being 40% and 60% respectively. Professional capabilities include basic knowledge of power supply distribution network operation and maintenance and service, electrician basics, circuits, etc.; Comprehensive abilities include professional ethics and literacy, computer knowledge, logical thinking, speech comprehension, mathematics, basic knowledge of physics, etc.
(2) The content of the interview. The interview adopts a semi-structured format, which mainly examines the candidate's physical and mental quality, teamwork awareness, organizational communication skills and other comprehensive abilities, as well as employment intentions.

Other considerations
(1) This recruitment only accepts online resumes, not paper resumes. (2) Applicants should ensure that the information filled in is accurate and true. The full-time academic qualifications, the name of the full-time graduate institution, the name of the full-time major, and the degree filled in by the applicant when registering must be completely consistent with the "Online Verification Report of Student Status of the Ministry of Education", "Electronic Registration and Filing Form of Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education" and "Online Verification Report of China's Higher Education Degrees". In any of the following circumstances, the applicant's examination and employment qualifications will be cancelled, and the applicant will not be hired for three years: 1.
