The U.S. Stock Research Agency has learned that according to South Korea's ETNews, Apple (AAPL. O) is selecting suppliers for its electric car, the Apple Car. Following an initial visit in the summer of 2021, Apple representatives visited South Korea last December to meet with local suppliers, the report said. Apple is looking for some automotive electronic component manufacturers with experience in mass production to provide core components for cars. Apple is also discussing the supply of batteries for electric vehicles with LG and SK. Apple is expected to complete its selection of automotive suppliers by the end of 2022, followed by full development, public announcement and mass production over the next two to three years.
