Why didn't Han Fangyi stop Zhou Shengqiang, who beat him, but instead hugged Shi Yingcai, who had never fought back?

According to Zhou Jianwei and some people around him, Han Jiamin and his wife arrived at the scene very early and brought helpers.

So why did these three people say this before, but they had to wait in court, but they immediately retracted their confessions? Who gave them the courage?
There are two reasons, one is that the forensic identification report of Shi Yingcai's cause of death has come out.
He said that he died of an acute attack of coronary heart disease due to an external force.

Another reason is that the video recording is incomplete.
At that time, the surveillance video, the picture of Zhou Jianwei being beaten by Han Fangyi when he got out of the car, and the picture of Shi Yingcai being grabbed by Han Fangyi's neck and fell down.
There is no picture of this section from the time Han Jiamin and his wife brought people here until Shi Ying was knocked down by Han Fangyi, only the testimony of witnesses.
This led to no direct video evidence of whether Han Fangyi had started to beat Shi Yingcai, and whether Han Jiamin and his wife had arrived at the scene to help.
Therefore, this also gives the three people the confidence to overturn the case.
After all, no matter what the facts are, only the evidence is looked at in court. Nor can a court convict anyone if there is insufficient evidence.
So why not invite more witnesses? After all, witness testimony is also very important evidence.
The reality is chilling.
The crime occurred in the downtown area, and it can be seen from the video that it can be said that there were cars coming and going at that time.
And there are many shops nearby, plus, it was a small Holiday on May Day, and the people who witnessed the whole event were not one or two.
Go and ask the shopkeeper what really happened.
None of them dared to say anything, and they used all kinds of excuses to prevaricate.
For example: "I wasn't at home at the time" "I happened to go out to dinner with my friends."
Some even say, "I've never heard of it."
In short, they are reluctant to mention this matter, why is this? There must be something hidden inside.
But there were also enthusiastic and courageous people who spoke out about what they had witnessed and what they thought of the traders' actions.
The reason why the traders did not dare to say it was because they were afraid of retaliation.
After all, the shop is here, and the monk can't run the temple. If they are remembered and hated, they suffer.
And Han Fangyi, Zhou Shengqiang and Han Jiamin did participate in the beating.
And originally, before Han Jiamin came, the situation eased up.
But after Han Jiamin and Zhou Shengqiang arrived, they immediately moved, which intensified the contradiction.
It is precisely because of their arrogance that a traffic policeman died young.

However, due to the complexity of the case, the Court's trial was delayed.
This is undoubtedly a kind of torture for Shi Yingcai's family. How can the death of their sons without cause, the bones of the corpses are not cold, but the justice has not been done for a long time, how can this not make them sad?

After a year of waiting for the Shi family, on April 27, 2014, the Dalian Intermediate People's Court finally made a trial.
In accordance with China's Criminal Punishment, the court rejected all defense opinions put forward by Han Fangyi's father and son and Zhou Shengqiang.
The following judgment was rendered:
Han Fangyi was sentenced to death for intentional injury and suspended execution for two years.
Zhou Shengqiang was convicted of intentional injury and sentenced to life imprisonment.
Han Jiamin was convicted of intentional injury and sentenced to 11 years' imprisonment.
And compensated Shi Yingcai's family for about 600,000 yuan.
This result finally gave Shi Yingcai a fair way and gave shi family a fair way. It also safeguards the justice of the law and the dignity of the country.
The old Chinese saying goes it well: The Son of Heaven breaks the law and the common people commit the same crime.
In today's China, everyone is equal before the law.
