The 2022 Toyota Tanto Capstone model is only available in a 5.5-foot-long (168 cm) standard cargo case version, with a modified interior that features half-aniline leather seats in a black-and-white design, and ventilated heating in both front and rear seats. The dashboard, center console, and doors are decorated in dark American walnut, and the steering wheel is a four-panel leather steering wheel with a panoramic sunroof as standard, and the windows are soundproof glass, which can make the cockpit quieter.
In terms of technology configuration, Tantu Capstone is equipped with a 14-inch floating intelligent infotainment screen + 12.3-inch full LCD instrument panel dual-screen design, supporting CarPlay and Android Auto systems. The new car is also equipped with a 10-inch color head-up display, digital rearview mirrors, 12 speakers, JBL advanced sound system and 360 panoramic camera, as well as Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 smart travel safety system, with a variety of driving modes such as drag mode, creep mode, and off-road mode. Customers can also opt for adaptive variable suspension for an additional fee for a smoother ride.

In terms of power, The CantoCapstone is equipped with an i-Force Max hybrid system consisting of a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine and a 36kW electric motor with a maximum power of 326kW and a peak torque of 790N·m, matching a 10-speed automatic transmission. The car has a maximum payload of 1485 lbs (674 kg) and a maximum towing capacity of 10,340 lbs (4690 kg).
