Liang Hongying, editor-in-chief of Literature and Art Daily, said: "We must pay close attention to and support innovation, and encourage creativity, imagination and exploration. Some works may be niche, and some authors may not be famous at the moment, but as long as they show the vigor of exploration, have the courage to respond to the questions of the times, and have a sense of problems that point directly to people's hearts, they should be promoted and supported. ”

For the first time, Mao Dun Literature Award winners and online literature writers shared their creative experiences

Xu Zechen is considered the "glory of post-70s writers" in China, and his works are considered to "mark the spiritual vision that a person may reach in his youth"; the squid who loves diving is the pioneer of the arcane theme of online literature and steampunk.

In Xu Zechen's view, if you want to write about your current life and know the Chinese of the moment, "then I think a very important path may be to turn back." He believes that "this retro is not a simple retro, nor is it to make a grid, to make a chapter back, we find something for us to deal with the current life from the traditional literary narrative resources, folk narrative resources, and cultural resources." ”

The squid who loves diving said in the sharing: "We Chinese like family warmth, family feelings, handle things in a softer way, and tend to be more introverted. Therefore, I hope to gently construct the image of the protagonist through Oriental philosophy by extracting the typical personality of the individual and the people around me, the typical way of doing things for people. ”

Online Literature Masterpieces Frequently Appear Seminars focus on the road of "classicization"

As the host of the seminar, Yang, a researcher at the Institute of Literature of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, said in his summary: "Chinese writers are embarking on a relatively unique path of their own, and there is such an era and such an environment that allows us to express such emotions in different directions with a hundred flowers and expressing our opinions. All literature comes. Together, it will constitute the spiritual life of our time. ”

At the end of the seminar, Xu Zechen and Squid each shared their vision for the future of literature. In Xu Zechen's mind, "The literature of the future is to say that this is us as soon as we see it, to be able to see the past, to see the state of the present, and to some extent, to foresee some of the future that we may have." Squid believes that "online literature is inseparable from family, friendship and love to become universal literature, and at the same time it needs to add some reflections on reality, family and country feelings, and the world in mind." ”

According to reports, the series of seminars will also hold a number of sessions, planning to cover Peking University, Tsinghua University, Chinese University, Fudan University and other 20 first-class universities in China, inviting young students to think and discuss the development of online literature and literary industry in the context of the new era.
