At the press conference, Li Haoyang, founder of Squirrel Ai, said that Squirrel Ai hopes to get rid of the past education and training sector and transform the direction of smart education, vocational education, intelligent hardware, and overseas business. Starting from September 2021, Squirrel Ai has officially developed towards the goal of software and hardware integration.
"Smart hardware is beginning to develop in China and even the world with the speed of lightning that we did not expect, and we see all kinds of intelligent hardware in various institutions, constantly breaking through market awareness." Li Haoyang mentioned that in the era of all things intelligence, children's learning should also be "a thousand faces".
Squirrel Ai introduced that the positioning of the three learning machines is different, and the intelligent learning machine Y1 positioning is "thin and light", equipped with an independent 4G network card, which can realize mobile Internet. X1 cooperates with Hanwang Writing Pen to visualize students' knowledge mastery through the "Knowledge Planet". V11 plus introduces intelligent student companion voice interaction to explore gamification teaching.
At the scene, Squirrel Ai showed the linkage between smart speakers, smart desk lamps, smart printers, smart watches and other hardware in the home scene and the existing hardware of Squirrel Ai. Squirrel Ai stressed that its intelligent hardware will not be limited to learning machines, not only smart pens, but the entire intelligent hardware ecology.
In July 2021, Squirrel Ai received a C1 round of financing of hundreds of millions of yuan from SIG, CITIC Securities and NGP to accelerate AI technology investment and product research and development. Liang Jing, a partner of Squirrel Ai, mentioned at the GET Education Technology Conference in December 2021 that Squirrel Ai has radiated more than 60,000 public schools, with more than 24 million student users in public schools, and the overall number of student users has reached 30 million.
