Earlier this week, it was discovered that Apple had discontinued the Beats Pill+ Bluetooth speaker released in 2015 and removed it from the Apple Store online store. In addition, 9to5Mac found that the Beats website has also removed this audio product. It is reported that the initial price of Beats Pill+ is $230, but Apple has been selling for $180. However, over the years, in addition to the refresh of color, Apple has not brought a follow-up product to Beats Pill+.

MacRumors notes that Beats Pill+ is a Bluetooth wireless speaker that can connect to iPhones, iPads, and Macs. The companion Beats Pill+ app also allows music to be played on two speakers.
It has a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts up to 12 hours and is capable of charging iPhones and other devices. Unfortunately, with the discontinuation of the speaker line, Beats is currently only focusing on headphones.
Although Apple does not provide battery-powered speakers, if it can accept plug-in fixed use, do not put the full-size HomePod (or HomePod mini) speakers that are still in stock on the market.
