On January 10, the Capital Library reached a strategic cooperation with the Beijing Lu Xun Museum. At the same time, the newly published hand-bound line-bound book "Notes on the Transmission of Ah Q" was given the first picture.
The establishment of a deep strategic cooperative relationship between Shoutu and Rubeau is a new way of linking cultural resources between libraries and museums, and an innovative measure to promote reading for all people and strengthen cultural self-confidence. The history of the Capital Library can be traced back to 1913, and it was established by Mr. Lu Xun personally participating in the establishment of the Beijing Normal Library Branch, the Beijing Normal Library, and the Central Park Book Reading Center, and the three libraries were merged and evolved several times. At present, the Capital Library has become an important knowledge and information hub and a base for the construction of spiritual civilization in Beijing. Lu Xun Museum is a national first-class museum, which contains innovative integration spaces such as Lu Xun's former residence, Lu Xun's life exhibition and Lu Xun Bookstore, which is committed to inheriting the spirit of Lu Xun and disseminating advanced culture.
In the future, the two sides will use the advantages of literature resources to jointly build Lu Xun cultural research and Lu Xun cultural promotion position that integrates research and learning experience, actively carry out cultural activities such as relevant forums, lectures and trainings of Lu Xun research, exchange cultural and creative development experience, share cultural and creative product resources, mutually benefit cultural and creative marketing results, and contribute to the pilot work of cultural and creative product development in the capital. The two sides will also jointly create a characteristic cultural space related to the theme of Lu Xun, promote the "library +" and "museum +" models, and work together to enrich the cultural life of the citizens of the capital with the cross-border combination of libraries and museums.
At the cooperation ceremony, Huang Qiaosheng, executive deputy director of Beijing Lu Xun Museum, and Beijing ChongxianGuan Century Culture Media Co., Ltd. also donated the book "Notes on the Transmission of Ah Q" to the Capital Library. For the first time, the book was published in the form of notes on the original text, rice paper line binding, ancient vertical arrangement, pictures and texts, and the combination of prints and signatures, which made a meticulous and vivid interpretation of Lu Xun's representative works and new literary classics, which was of great collection and reading value.
