First, linear acceleration

In the straight-line acceleration link, it was thought that the Veyron Pro GS would have a tire advantage and better grip at the start, while the Civic's dB silent tires would scratch the ground. In the actual testing process, the opposite is true. The CVT of Veyron Pro GS adopts a steel chain structure and has a strong sense of power in an instant. The Civic's CVT adopts a traditional steel belt structure, and the initial force is very slow and soft to start, so even if it is a dB silent tire, there is no breakthrough in grip at all.

In the initial stages, the Veyron Pro GS quickly established its advantage. After the speed reaches 50km/h, the acceleration ability of the two cars will be matched by the opponent, but in the later stage, the Civic has a slight tendency to catch up. After several tests, the 0-100km/h acceleration performance, the Veyran Pro GS is 7.68 seconds, compared to the Civic 240 Turbo 8.08 seconds.

Second, the track lap

In the driving part of the track, the two cars have very different personalities. The advantage of the static acceleration of the Veyron Pro GS no longer exists on the track, compared to the acceleration ability of the middle and rear sections, the two cars are very close, and even on the longest straight of the T7 to T8, the acceleration ability is exactly the same, the initial speed and the final speed are 2km/h difference.

Looking at the corners, the MC5 tires of the Veyron Pro GS have good grip, but the anti-skid system will be relatively more restrictive. The Civic is just the opposite, the db silent tire is not suitable for the track scene, but the anti-skid system can give more freedom, and the rear dynamics are still active for this level of car.

On the longest straight of the T7 to the T8, the Civic rebranded with a speed advantage of 2km/h, while having an advantage of 0.16 seconds in lap, the T8 and T8 made two consecutive turns, the Civic with insufficient grip was slightly tired, the Veyron Pro GS took the opportunity to chase, and the final T10 gained an advantage of 3km/h and 0.2 seconds before the dash, and maintained this advantage to the point.

Back to daily transportation, this is the car scene that real car owners care about most. The veyron Pro GS's power response advantages and low torsional feedback are a bit very friendly for everyday driving.
