Food List:
(1): Crystal steamed bun powder - 50g
(2): White granulated fine sugar - 120g
(3): Distilled water - 400g
(4): White and red bean paste filling - 140-160g
(5): Food coloring - a small amount (color according to your preference)
Step 1: Make the filling
1) Remove the white bean paste and put it in a pot, heat over medium heat, mix evenly for 2 minutes
2) Knead the white bean paste into a ball, about 10g
3) Remove the red bean paste and put it in the pot, heat over medium heat and mix evenly for 2 minutes
4) Knead the red bean paste into a ball, about 10g
5) Cover plastic wrap and keep dry
Step 2: Make the filling
1) Take a dry, water-free pan, add crystal steamed bun powder and white caster sugar, stir well with an egg beater
2: Add the distilled water batch, the amount is small and more, and mix well with the spatula
3) Heat on medium heat and continue to stir well
4: Change to low heat after the liquid gradually becomes transparent, and continue to stir, otherwise it will burn the paste
5: Once the liquid is all clear, turn off the heat and prepare for the next step.
Step 3: Shaping
1: Wet the mold with water and set aside
2: Add food coloring to the filling liquid to tone (as you like)
3: Pour the filling skin into 1/3 to 1/2 of the mold, add the bean paste filling, and then pour it again until the mold is filled
4) Cover the mold surface with plastic wrap and refrigerate until completely solidified
Step 4: Demoulding
1) Take a toothpick and wet it with water
2: Carefully cut along the edge of the mold, then invert the mold to release the mold
3: Plated and served
