According to the administrative penalty decision issued by the Beijing Chaoyang District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau on January 3, from April to July 2021, 11 consumers complained to the 12345 hotline, reflecting that the goods purchased on their platform, including blended oil, Moutai wine, Apple mobile phone, milk, etc., all placed orders and paid successfully, but the parties did not ship to consumers due to product quality problems, the wrong number of goods on the shelves of the merchants, the wrong number of goods on the shelves of the merchants, the wrong number of inventory settings of the merchants, and the losses in packaging and transportation. According to Tianyan's investigation, Beijing Shihui Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Shihui Tuan, underwent a change in industry and commerce in December 2021, and the legal representative was changed from Wang Peng to Wang Wenjing, and Wang Wenjing was added as an executive director. Chen Ying, co-founder of Shihui Group, is the majority shareholder of the company, holding 75% of the shares.
