Especially for screen panels such as OLED, the market share of domestic companies was only 5%, and the remaining share was monopolized by Japanese, Korean, American and European companies.

Therefore, domestic electronic equipment manufacturers have long been regulated by these companies, and often need to endure their unreasonable demands to arbitrarily increase pricing.
As a screen panel material manufacturer that was crowded out at that time, Allaide decided to change this situation through independent research and development, after all, there were already well-known enterprises such as BOE that had made breakthroughs, so Allaide believed that it also had the strength to break through the monopoly.
Since 2010, Olaide has continuously invested money and technology in research and development, but until 2015, Olaide, which has invested 50 million yuan, has not even been able to come up with a constructive patented technology.
In other words, the investment of 50 million yuan in 5 years has almost been adrift.
But Olaide's chairman Xuan Jingquan does not see it this way, although the company's research and development progress is slow, but as long as it can persist, it is still possible.
At that time, Xuan Jingquan said a special sentence at the company's internal meeting, "Give the company another 5 years, and you will definitely be able to exchange it for a different Olaide."
So from 2015, Olaide once again invested in the field of new panel technology research and development, and even at that time, Xuan Jingquan, as the chairman of the company, personally ran to the panel factory in South Korea as an apprentice, studied for more than ten days and returned to China to start rectification.
After returning to China, Xuan Jingquan put down his identity as chairman, personally engaged in research and development, led the team to solve one problem after another, and finally in early 2020, realized the independent research and development of domestic OLED luminescent materials.
That is, at that time, Olaide spent 5 years to completely break the monopoly of 80% of the market situation of Japanese and Korean enterprises, and the company also became another powerful screen giant in China after BOE.
At the end of December 2021, BOE handed over a number of flexible panel production tasks in Chongqing to Allrade, which means that Allrade received 110 million yuan of orders from BOE in one fell swoop.
Even as early as the fourth quarter of 2021, BOE led industry giants such as TCL and Visionox to create a screen panel order worth 500 million yuan for Olaide.
Therefore, from this point of view, the enterprise of Olaide has become the object of key assistance and cooperation between BOE and other Chinese companies, and in the future, Olaide is very likely to achieve new breakthroughs in the orders of BOE, a giant company.
Of course, in the future, the competitive environment that Olaide will face is also more intense, and foreign companies, especially from Europe, have established a complete set of screen panel production systems and industrial chains by virtue of geographical advantages.
In particular, the small and medium-sized enterprise clusters in Germany and France have already had panel production plants that are enough to supply the European market as early as 2016, and it is inevitable that Olaide will have a firm foothold in the world in the future and compete with European companies.
