When communicating with the media, Robert Hallock, AMD's technical marketing director, confirmed that the AM4 era radiator can still be used on the AM5 platform.

Although the cost of the radiator is usually not high, but the AMD team is willing to think about the user, which should be worth affirming, and AM4 as early as 2016 the seventh generation of APU came out, has been 6 years, the stock of users must be many. However, the heatsink compatibility is not 100% interoperable, and the specific has to wait for AMD's final guidance document.
