Unwilling to kill Tetsubetsu, Borshu pleads with Temujin to pardon him, why heroes cherish heroes

As the saying goes, heroes cherish heroes. This sentence has long become a familiar phrase for everyone. But a familiar sentence does not mean that it is possible to truly understand its connotations. Why do heroes cherish heroes?

This needs to be analyzed with the help of examples. In the third chapter of the "Legend of the Eagle Shooter", the scene of Borshu's reluctance to kill Tetsubetsu is described, which once again verifies the sentence that the hero cherishes the hero.

01 Borjutsu and Tetsubetsu are on a par with each other

Here's the thing. Tetsubetsu means sharpshooter in Mongolian. In this novel, Tetsubetsu becomes a code name.

The sharpshooter is the sharpshooter, and he is also a sharpshooter who is the enemy of Temujin. For the survival of his tribe, he fought with Temujin for hundreds of rounds, and used his divine shooting technique to shoot Temujin's neck through.

Temujin runs across the desert north and south, who has experienced such a gas. Even if he could bear it, his men and children could not stand it. They went out one after another, vowing to capture Tetsubetsu alive and avenge Temujin's hatred.

Finally, the good man was defeated by the four hands, and the lone Tetsubetsu was defeated under the siege of Temujin's army, and finally had to flee to Guo Jing's home. Although Guo Jing's protection was able to cover up temporarily, this had no effect. In the end, he was caught.

At this time, what to do? Tetsubetsu felt that there was no escape, so he simply died, so he sighed, "Unfortunately, I did not die at the hands of a hero and a good man." This sentence is the greatest irony and contempt for Temujin and others, Temujin can't stand it, he hates tetsudo, well, then let you see what a real hero is. Therefore, let Bolshu fight, and let Zhebei be convinced.

Who is Borjutsu?

Temujin escaped with his life and survived with his mother and brother by hunting wild rats. One day, the eight white horses he raised were stolen by other tribes, and Temujin went to chase them alone, and met a young man milking horses. Temujin asked about the thieves. The young man, Borju, said, 'The suffering of boys is the same, and I am friends with you.' The two men rode in pursuit together, and for three days they caught up with the tribe that stole the horses. The two men fired arrows without fail, killing hundreds of enemies and retaking eight horses. Temujin wanted to divide the horses for him and asked him how many. Borsch said, "I contribute to my good friend, and I don't want a horse." Since then, the two have started a business together, and Temujin has always asked him to be a good friend, which is really a friend of suffering. ”

The level of force of this Bolt Technique is quite high. But people are not afraid, and they also say that they can kill Borju without arrows. This made Bor magic angry, thinking that you boy is too good at blowing, just let you see who I really am.

In this way, the two sides have to fight back and forth.

02 Borju asks Temujin to pardon Tetsubetsu

After many rounds of fighting, they still did not see victory or defeat. At this time, Tetsubetsu suddenly shot an arrow at Borjutsu. The arrow hit Borsh in the back. However, everyone saw that Bor was shot in the arrow, but they saw that he was fine and had not been shot. What's going on?

Borju picked up the arrow and looked at it, it turned out that Tetsubetsu had dropped the arrow, no wonder he was okay. By this time, he had begun to admire Tetsubetsu's archery prowess.

People don't know what Tetsubetsu means by playing this play. Tetsubetsu walked up to Temujin and said, I want to exchange my life for one life. "Temujin saw that Borjutsu had been hit by an arrow on his back, and his heart ached violently, and when he saw that he was not dead, he couldn't help but be overjoyed, so he asked him to take out thousands of cattle, sheep and horses in the tribe to change the name of Borjutsu, and he did not hesitate to change it, listening to Tetsubetsu say so, and said busily: 'Well, let's not compare.' He exchanges one life for your life. ’”

Unexpectedly, Zhe didn't say no, not to change my life, but to change the life of the child, saying that he pointed to Guo Jing. Temujin saw it and immediately agreed.

Anyway, Tetsubetsu and Borjutsu will fight again. The Mongol soldiers shouted in unison to cheer for Borjutsu. Borsh thought to himself, "This man is such a good man!" "I can't help but feel the hero's heart, not wanting to hurt his life, taking the arrow on the bow, aiming at his back heart, transporting enough strength, an arrow flew away."

"When it was really the General Divine Arrow, it was not false, and the arrow was right in the middle of Tetsubetsu's neck." Tetsubetsu shook his body and fell off his horse, and the arrow fell beside him, but it turned out that the arrow was also passed. Borju drew another arrow on the bow, aimed at Tetsubetsu, and turned to Temujin: "Great Khan, please be gracious, spare him!" ’”

When Temujin saw this, he had already cherished Tetsubetsu's courage and shouted, "Don't you surrender yet?" Tetsubetsu looked at Temujin's majestic demeanor, and couldn't help but fall in submission, running over and falling to his knees. Temujin laughed and said, "Good, you'll follow me in the future!" ”

In this way, Tetsubetsu was subdued by Temujin. In the middle of this process, there is Borshu's sympathy for Tetsubetsu, and temujin's love for Tetsubetsu's talent. In short, heroes cherish heroes.

03 Why heroes cherish heroes

There is a question here, that is, why do heroes cherish heroes?

So we have to look at it first, what is a hero? A hero is a person with outstanding ability and a broad mind. Are they more or less in the entire population? Less, of course. This means that the hero himself means a kind of individual rarity.

Because it is rare, it is precious, so it should be valued and cherished. This is still on the level of society as a whole, so why do the heroes themselves cherish other heroes?

This, of course, is also an emphasis. More importantly, there is also a kind of empathy in this. The public should understand heroes and cherish heroes, this is from a general point of view. So, who can feel the hero most truly?

Heroes, of course, are in this category. For one hero, another hero can be easier to feel, feel his talent, know his suffering, understand his goals. Because, for them, it also exists, just like empathy. Therefore, they understand heroes more easily than the public, and therefore cherish heroes more.

This is actually also a kind of empathy. If a hero loves himself, he will also love the other party, and cherish the similar characteristics of the other party to himself. If the other party dies, it is essentially the death of one's own type of person, and it is also the death of oneself in a sense. It's something they don't want. So, they'll rescue the hero who deserves his liking.

Borshu asks Temujin for tetsube's pardon, and it is this kind of empathy that he does not want Tetsube to die. Of course, Tetsubetsu also cherished Borjutsu. After Tetsubetsu was subdued, Temujin asked him to serve with the Three Princes. After Tetsubetsu had seen the Three Princes, he went to see Shepard. The two admired each other and formed a good friend, which can also be regarded as a good story of heroes cherishing heroes.
