Zhao Shiying, a native of Ying County, Shanxi. He is a member of Shanxi Artists Association, Shanxi Oil Painting Society, Shuozhou Calligraphy And Art Association, and Vice Chairman of Shuozhou Oil Painting Society. In 2019, he studied in the spring sketching class of Bai Yuping Studio of Beijing Academy of Painting, and in 2021, he studied in the autumn sketching class of Bai Yuping Studio of the Same Painting Association.
