The Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition was an armed contingent led by our Party during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression; it was composed of some former Northeast China Army, our Party's anti-Japanese guerrillas, peasant riot armed forces, and volunteer armies after Japan invaded and occupied northeast China in September 18. During this period, the Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition contained hundreds of thousands of Japanese pseudo-regular troops and effectively supported the nationwide War of Resistance Against Japan. At the same time, the Northeast Anti-Japanese Alliance also paid a heavy price, and several commanders of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Alliance sacrificed their lives heroically for the country, such as Yang Jingyu, commander of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Alliance, who sacrificed himself in the Northeast Battlefield during the War of Resistance.
Speaking of the anti-Japanese hero Yang Jingyu, I believe everyone knows better, he is a native of Qishan County, Henan Province, and after the May Fourth Movement, he threw himself into the anti-imperialist patriotic movement. In the same year, he joined the Chinese Youth League, began his revolutionary career, and was sent to his hometown in Henan to carry out the peasant movement. Yang Jingyu is a very organized party member, and in less than a year of developing the peasant movement in his own home, the number of members has grown to more than 10,000.

After Chiang Kai-shek launched a counter-revolutionary campaign, in April of the same year, Yang Jingyu led The county of Qishan, where tens of thousands of peasants staged an uprising to overthrow the warlords and oppose the dictatorship. And soon after, he launched the Liudian Autumn Harvest Uprising and created the earliest county-level peasant-worker revolutionary Soviet zone in the history of our party.
However, in 1931, after the "918" incident. Yang Jingyu, who had outstanding organizational ability, strong command ability, and strong party spirit, was sent to the northeast to preside over the work. It should be known that after the 918 incident, all three northeastern provinces fell, and it was very dangerous to work behind enemy lines. In addition to being brave and strategic, we must also be bold and careful. Here, he established anti-Japanese guerrillas and volunteer brigades, formed the South Manchurian guerrilla group of the Thirty-second Army of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army and the Hailong guerrilla group of the Thirty-seventh Army, and created a base area behind enemy lines. Perhaps this was also the earliest enemy rear base area of our Party during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.

With the increasing number of personnel in the base areas, yang Jingyu soon followed the instructions of his superiors and established the General Headquarters of the Northeast Anti-Japanese United Army, and he himself was elected as the commander-in-chief. When the Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition was circling with the Japanese in the northeast, Yang Jingyu adopted tactics of guerrilla warfare, and the regular teams were certainly not opponents of the enemy face to face. It was precisely this guerrilla tactic that made it impossible for the Japanese to grasp the main force of the Northeast Anti-Japanese League, and as long as there was news of the Japanese Kou sweeping, the Northeast Anti-Japanese League would hide in the mountains. When they retreated to the Northeast Anti-Japanese League, they randomly sneaked in or ambushed the Japanese. This was guerrilla tactics, and over time, the Northeast Anti-Japanese League, led by Yang Jingyu, called the Japanese Kou "the cancer of social order in the Eastern Frontier Province" and the area where the Anti-League was active as a "cancerous area."
In 1936, the Japanese army was specially established to suppress the Northeast Anti-Japanese Coalition Headquarters, with Major General Miki as the commander-in-chief, responsible for clearing and suppressing the Northeast Anti-Japanese League, militarily unable to defeat Yang Jingyu's Miki, began to take the form of bribery, using money to bribe people around Yang Jingyu, such as Cheng Bin, Zhang Xiufeng, Zhang Xiruo and other people are Yang Jingyu's intimate people, but in the face of the Japanese Kou's financial temptation, they finally chose to betray Yang Jingyu.
After that, Yang Jingyu led his troops to organize a crusade against the Japanese puppet army in southeast Manchuria, reducing the troops to pieces and dispersing guerrilla attacks on the Japanese army. He originally led a team in the area of the Maojiang River and fought fiercely with the enemy for five days and nights, but because he was betrayed by traitors in advance, the Japanese army learned that Yang Jingyu was here, so he concentrated his superior forces to surround and annihilate Yang Jianyu's troops.
In the case of fierce fighting between the two sides, Yang Jingyubu seemed to be a little difficult, but rikou did not want his life, so he asked him to surrender, but Yang Jingyu vowed to die. Finally, he died heroically at the age of 35 in the Three Provinces of the Mengjiang River in Jilin Province.
However, in order to commemorate him, in 1946, the Northeast Democratic United Army renamed Maojiang County to Jingyu County. As the commander of the Northeast Anti-Japanese League, Yang Jingyu should be able to award the rank of great general after he lived to the founding of the People's Republic of China, on the grounds that he was a representative figure of the Northeast Anti-Japanese League and played a great role in the development of the Northeast Anti-Japanese Federation.
