Shaanxi found the tomb of Wu Zetian's granddaughter, and after the experts went in, they found a man sitting guarding gold and silver for a thousand years
In 705, after Wu Zetian's death, Emperor Zhongzong of Tang was finally restored to the throne, and he ordered that Wu Zetian and Emperor Gaozong of Tang be buried together in Qianling. Now, more than 1300 years later, the main tomb of Qianling has become the best preserved of the Eighteen Tombs of the Tang Dynasty, and no tomb robbers have ever visited it.

In addition, there is a very special "mausoleum" among the dozen funerary tombs around Qianling. In ancient times, only the emperor's cemetery buried according to the highest specifications could be called a mausoleum, and this funerary tomb could be equivalent to the emperor's specifications, and the tomb was also revered as "mausoleum".
In September 1960, when the tomb owner's epitaph was unearthed, experts confirmed that it was the only tomb in ancient Chinese history called the "Princess Mausoleum", and its owner was Wu Zetian's granddaughter and Tang Zhongzong Li Xian's daughter Yongtai Princess Li Xianhui.
Li Xianhui was Li Xian's favorite daughter, she was born dignified and elegant, beautiful in appearance, and full of intelligence. In 700, Wu Zetian made this princess the King of Yongtai Commandery and married wu Yanji, the son of Wu Chengsi the Prince of Wei. Wu Yanji is also the nephew of Wu Zetian, 5 years older than Princess Yongtai, and the two are very affectionate together after their new marriage.
But just the second year after the marriage, the happy couple all died. Princess Yongtai and her brothers Li Chongrun and Wu Yanji had been playing together since childhood, and often discussed state affairs in private. And the three of them were also killed because of this.
Emperor Wu's power is incomparable, not only does she not lose the domineering spirit of men in the power of the emperor, but she also has "beautiful" companions. At that time, the two most favored brothers, Zhang Yizhi and Zhang Changzong, were pampered and arrogant, and made the government a miasma, and the Li Tang family and the Wu Zhou family had to befriended the two brothers of the Zhang family. However, the gossip and bad words behind this are certainly not less said.
However, when Princess Yongtai and her husband and husband were talking about the internal affairs, they were accidentally overheard by Zhang Yizhi. Zhang Yizhi immediately told Wu Zetian that the three of them wanted to murder Wu Zetian, and Wu Zetian listened to the rumors of the villain, and Wu Yanji, Li Chongrun, and Princess Yongtai were killed one after another.
The New Book of Tang says that Princess Yongtai was directly executed by Wu Zetian; the Old Book of Tang says that Wu Zetian handed these three people over to the then crown prince Li Xian, who was afraid of Zhang, so he painfully executed all his daughters, sons-in-law, and sons; the Zizhi Tongjian is different, and the above record is that all three people were forced to commit suicide.
Because the records of official history are all different and different, the truth of Princess Yongtai's death has always been a mystery before the tombstone of Princess Yongtai was unearthed. However, various texts seem to make it clear that Princess Yongtai was directly or indirectly killed by Wu Zetian.
However, Princess Yongtai's epitaph not only unveiled the real epic that may have existed, but also helped Wu Zetian "whitewash". Among them, the four words of "pearl fetus destroyed the moon" are enough to show that Princess Yongtai died in childbirth because of the grief and fright after the death of her husband and brother.
Experts spliced together the bones of Princess Yongtai in the tomb, and also found that Princess Yongtai's pelvis was relatively narrow, and her physical condition was not suitable for giving birth, so dystocia should be one of the truths. However, at the beginning of the excavation of the grave, there was one more thing that frightened all the experts.
At the end of the tomb passage of the Princess Mausoleum, there was a skeleton of a dead man sitting crookedly against the wall, and around him was not only axes and shovels, but also a lot of gold and silver. Experts believe that this should be a tomb robber, who was betrayed by his accomplices when he first came to rob the tomb. Because there was a big hole above him, but it had been sealed.
With no way out, he could only sit in the tomb and wait for death. Perhaps he also tried to struggle, leaving a lot of shocking black handprints on the walls, but in the end he gave up. There are more different versions of the legend about Princess Yongtai and this dry bone, which is probably also a good wish for the princess who died early at the age of 17.
