Apple CEO Tim Cook has $98.7 million in stock and salary income in 2021

Webmaster's House (ChinaZ.com) Jan. 7 News: According to a statement filed by Apple to the SEC, Apple CEO Tim Cook has a total of $98.7 million in salary, stock and other compensation in 2021 (about 630 million yuan).

Cook's base salary is $3 million, and he received a stock award of $82.34 million. The stock award is an RSU awarded over time and includes a performance-based stock award of $44.8 million and a $37.5 million stock award based on years of service.

Cook also acquired more than 5 million shares in 202, making a net profit of $754 million. Because these were awarded in earlier years, $754 million is not included in his 2021 compensation plan.

In addition to a $3 million salary and a $82 million stock award, Cook received $12 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation and $1386559 in other compensation. Other compensation includes $23,077 for vacation expenses, $630,630 for security expenses, and $712488 for personal air travel. For safety reasons, Apple asked Cook to use a private jet.

In 2020, Cook's total revenue was $14.8 million, excluding stock awards granted during that period. Cook's net worth has climbed to more than $1 billion since 2020, a figure he could soon surpass based on his recent stock award.

Other Apple executives, such as Luca Maestri, Kate Adams, Jeff Williams and Deirdre O'Brien, have received compensation ranging from $26 million to $27 million.
