In view of the internal anxiety problems during the epidemic period of centralized isolation and home isolation, counselors start from listening, empathy, attention and guidance, give positive encouragement in real time, teach emotional relief skills, share mental health knowledge, and provide effective advice and help for quarantined people. Up to now, more than 200 isolated people in the jurisdiction have been continuously provided with 24-hour uninterrupted psychological counseling services.
