Henan added 56 new local confirmed cases of covid-19 on January 6

According to the WeChat public account of the Henan Provincial Health Commission on January 7, at 0-24:00 on January 6, there were 56 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Henan Province (26 cases in Zhengzhou City, 1 case in Luoyang City, 28 cases in Xuchang City, and 1 case in Xinyang City; including 20 cases of asymptomatic infected people turned into confirmed cases, including 15 cases in Zhengzhou City, 3 cases in Xuchang City, 1 case in Luoyang City, and 1 case in Xinyang City); 2 new cases of asymptomatic infected people imported from abroad; 1 new case of asymptomatic infected person imported from abroad; no new suspected cases 1 locally confirmed case was cured and discharged from hospital; 1 case of asymptomatic infected person imported from abroad was released from medical observation.

From January 21, 2020 to 24:00 on January 6, 2022, Henan Province has reported a cumulative total of 1,777 confirmed cases (1,644 cases in china and 133 cases imported from abroad), and 155 existing hospitalized cases (145 cases in china and 10 cases imported from abroad). There are 6 asymptomatic infected patients under medical observation (2 local cases and 4 cases imported from abroad). A total of 51,902 close contacts have been traced, and 2,696 close contacts are under observation.
