Flour 200g pretzels 15g sugar 20g yeast 2g corn oil 30ml
1. Place the flour in a large bowl.
2. Make a hole in the middle and add the yeast, 20ml of corn oil and sugar.
3. Add water to an appropriate amount and form a smooth surface dough.
4. Leave in a warm place for fermentation.
5. Remove the fermented dough and vent it.
6. Roll out the dough, rolling out as wide and thin as possible.
