The concert was mainly performed by Hubei Opera and Dance Theater and supported by the Musical Theater Committee of Hubei Music Association, bringing together 30 young artists from the Opera Troupe of Hubei Opera and Dance Theater and more than 10 Performing Artists from Hubei Musical Theatre. The concert includes four sections: Original Chinese Musicals, Broadway Classics, Franco-German Musicals, and West End Musicals in London.
In the "China Original" section, there is the majestic singing section "Spring Wind Ten Miles" in the musical "Humen Selling Smoke", the impassioned "We Need a Battle Song" in the musical "The Song of the Nation", the classic "Etude" in the musical "The Piano of Steel", and the most tender and sweet singing section of "Butterfly", "Why Let Me Fall in Love with You". In the wonderful excerpts of the world musical, "Memories" in "Cats" and "Dancing Queen" in "Mamma Mia" are the most familiar melodies for the audience.
It is reported that on October 2, 2021, this group of opera artists performed the above excerpts in the form of an open-air performance in Hankou Pinghefang. Returning to the theater to sing, it highlights the artistry of the musical, allowing the audience to immerse themselves in it and immerse themselves in the "sound".
