To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China, the online exchange activity of the "Times New Elephant" youth art creation group opened on the day of the "May Fourth" Youth Day. 324 outstanding young artists from 14 provinces and cities including Beijing, Hebei, Jiangsu, Shandong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Gansu and Taiwan exhibited 320 paintings, forming a national youth art exchange event with wide coverage and high artistic level.

This online exhibition is guided by the Creation Management Office of the China Academy of Arts and initiated by the Hainan Young Artists Association. The works cover Chinese painting, oil painting, acrylic, printmaking, sculpture, watercolor, pastel painting, illustration, comprehensive materials and other categories, and will be launched online in six times a month, and more related activities will be held around the exhibition. The Hainan Youth Artists Association specially planned the online viewing method, which was divided into six sections: "Preface and Record", "Poetry, Shen Bo Absolute Beauty", "Degeneration and Self-Improvement", "Posture and Dance Style", "Jing, Philosophical Progress" and "Rong Shaohua Mind", and launched all the exhibited works to let the audience have a glimpse of the style of young artists.

These works are innovative and wonderful, showing the unique artistic perspective and artistic innovation spirit of contemporary young artists, marking the praises of the times that integrate creativity and thought, and highlighting the fresh power of the mainland art field to continuously surpass itself. The themes covered by the country, ethnicity, regional culture and other themes are colorful and beautiful, there are epic huge works, there are Chinese people in the new era moving forward, there are praise for the splendid mountains and rivers of the motherland, there are scenes of the people living and working in peace and contentment, and there is a journey of self-growth and exploration. For example, the works of three young artists, Sun Yiwen, Qi Xinyu and Wang Xiao, express their different understandings of landscapes from three different painting mediums: printmaking, oil painting and acrylic painting. The language of picture painting is refined and very readable. Their works exude a strong poetic aesthetic that makes people particularly fascinated and delighted.
