Amazon is understood to be the first customer to purchase a RAM ProMaster EV, a long-term agreement that will add thousands of ProMaster models to Amazon's fleet each year.

The STLA SmartCockpit of the Chrysler Airflow concept will go into production in 2024, and Amazon will be involved in the technology of infotainment systems.

Its infotainment system is integrated with Amazon's smart home and security technology, which allows real-time video to be monitored from every screen in the vehicle. Vehicles can also be managed using devices that support Amazon's subsidiary Alexa, such as setting in-car temperatures or scheduling services.

To support these initiatives, Stellantis will use Amazon Web Services as its preferred vehicle platform cloud provider, and they will also create a software product development environment called Virtual Engineering Workbench, which will include tools for machine learning model training as well as data collection and analysis, with ongoing focus.
