The report pointed out that in 2021, the district court has fully established a "one-stop general office" litigation service center, 7 services are "done at once", and the quality and effectiveness score of one-stop construction litigation services ranks among the forefront of Guangdong courts. Using online platforms such as mobile micro-courts and litigation service networks, the approval rate of online case filing was 97.3%, 44 cross-domain cases were filed, and 385 cases were held online. At the same time, a multi-level cascade mediation network was established, and the district pre-litigation settlement center and court settlement studio mediated 14,374 disputes, with a mediation rate of 54.7%. People's courtrooms are to set up "judges' offices at their sites" and establish mechanisms for resolving disputes with the streets of the "Visiting, Dispatching and Aiding Law" to promote the local resolution of contradictions and disputes.
Deepening the reform drive, implementing the case handling system of court presidents, and concluding 22,320 cases in the whole year, accounting for 32.4% of all cases concluded.
