He was a Japanese man, but sympathetic to China's War of Resistance Against Japan. After being captured once, he resolutely joined the anti-Japanese army, took up a gun and fought with Chinese. In the end, in order to cover the retreat of his comrades, he heroically sacrificed himself under the guns of the Japanese army.
He is the Japanese anti-Japanese hero Kazuo Fukuma.

Fukuma was originally a small contractor foreman of the East Asian Civil Society in Japan, and unlike other Japanese, Fukuma had a friendly attitude towards Chinese. He sympathized with China's backwardness, as well as sympathetic to his Chinese workers. For this reason, he was also often punished by the Japanese army.
On June 24, 1938, anti-Japanese troops attacked the Tongjiji (An) Railway, which was under construction. After the battle, in addition to liberating more than 250 Chinese laborers, they also captured a Japanese, who was Kazuo Fukuma.
At this time, 30 years old, Fukuma, because he usually treated the workers well, the anti-Japanese team decided not to embarrass him and let him go. However, Fukuma asked to stay in the team and fight the devils together. Fukuma's request was granted, and he was incorporated into the machine gun company.
With the help of his Chinese comrades-in-arms, Kazuo Fukuma quickly became an excellent soldier. In September 1938, he followed the team to attack three Japanese strongholds of Liudaogou, Qidaogou and Haojia Street, killing more than 200 Japanese troops and successfully jumping out of the Japanese encirclement.
In the spring of 1939, the anti-Japanese forces attacked the Muchang on the Muchang River, which had more than 1,000 Chinese laborers and was bullied by the Japanese army, and a forest police force of more than 100 people was stationed in the wooden field. After the battle began, Kazuo Fukuma followed the team in a bloody battle with the Japanese army, and the wooden field, which had been boasted that it could not be defeated for three days, soon fell.
During the battle, the Japanese troops in one stronghold were stubbornly defended. Kazuo Fukuma shouted in Japanese, and the Japanese troops inside stopped shooting, and when he approached the stronghold, he threw a grenade, and the recalcitrant stronghold was blown into ruins, and Fukuma made a great contribution.
In August 1940, Fukuma was assigned to the first company rifle squad, his number was still number eight, and the company had a total of 30 men. In November, it snowed heavily, and the snow was more than 1 foot deep. Fukuma's team came to Dongning County, ready to assemble with another company of anti-Japanese troops.
But when they arrived at the "secret camp" on the hill, the small scout Wan Shun came to report that another company would not come, and the company commander had already led the team to the enemy.
Fukuma Scolded the traitor while quickly preparing the Brothers for battle. He ambushed some of his soldiers on the hill, ready to block the incoming enemy, while the other part quickly retreated with confidential documents and other items.
When the preparation was complete, there were only twelve or three men on the entire position. Not long after, the traitors did indeed catch up with the Japanese army. The warriors who were ambushed on the hill immediately returned fire, and after killing and wounding more than 10 Japanese puppet troops, they quickly turned over and entered the dense forest, throwing off the enemy's pursuit.
Although they had thrown off the enemy, their grain hiding place was still exposed, and the Japanese puppet army transported the grain away, and all that could not be transported was scattered on the snow. Fukuma and the others had nothing to eat, so they had to pick up the grain that had been thrown from the snow and roast it with a small shovel, and when they were thirsty, they would drink some snow water.
During the transfer, Fukuma fell ill after drinking a lot of snow water and eating a lot of shelled rice. His illness became worse and worse every day, but he still insisted on following the team.
Two days later, they moved to a hill near Erdaogou in Dongning, and as soon as they sat down to rest, the gunshots rang out. The Japanese puppet army had already caught up, and at this time, the remaining 10 or so warriors, Xiao Wanshun, had been injured, and Fukuma Kazuo was at the end due to illness.
At this time, more than 100 Japanese puppet troops were getting closer and closer, and the gunfire was getting more and more intense. The comrades-in-arms wanted to retreat with Fukuma and Wan Shun on their backs, but Wan Shun resolutely refused and asked to stay behind to cover. Fukuma said to the others, "Hurry up, Xiao Wanshun can't walk anymore, my illness can't drag everyone down, you go quickly, or everyone will die!" ”
The comrades withdrew from the battle with tears in their eyes and ran to the back of the mountain. Wan Shun and Fukuma used falling wood as cover, using pistols and grenades to fight the Japanese puppet army that rushed up.
After more than an hour, it was getting dark. There was no more gunfire in the mountains and forests, and the three retreating comrades quietly returned to the place where Fukuma and Xiao Wanshun fought. When they saw the scene in front of them, they couldn't help but shed tears.
I saw that the woodland was stained with blood and stained with snow. Xiao Wanshun and Fukuma were dismembered by the cruel Japanese army, and their heads were cut off by the Japanese army. Not far in front of them, more than a dozen blood stains had not yet been melted by the snow, and it seemed that they had finally killed and wounded at least 10 Japanese puppet troops.
In order to cover their comrades-in-arms, they heroically sacrificed themselves at the hands of the murderous Japanese. With tears in their eyes, the comrades-in-arms picked up the limbs of Fukuma and WanShun one by one and cremated them together.
