"House life" comes from the Tang Dynasty famous Xiang Zhang Jiuling's "Shangfeng Shi", which means "sustenance for life". So, what kind of vitality will collide when the works of art in the usual art galleries and exhibition halls are put into the homes of ordinary residents? Last night, "The Next Stop" broadcast by Oriental Satellite TV entered such a special art exhibition - "Homestead".
In the nearly century-old Ruihua apartment, "The Tale of the House" is already the second time, and the first time was held last year, in Anfu Road. Inside a small private apartment, as soon as you enter, you may have "Where is the art?" But a closer look reveals that there are more than 20 works of art right next to you. Curator Pang Hailong introduced that the reason why he is far away from conventional venues such as art museums and exhibition halls is to break the boundary between life and art, and also change the audience's perspective on art.
"My biggest motivation for doing Otaku is that I want to meet interesting souls." Teacher Pang, who is almost every day, is more like a host waiting for the guests, and coming to the exhibition seems to be like a neighbor "visiting the door". In fact, the second time "House Life" moved into the old apartment, compared with the first time on Anfu Road, did attract many nearby residents and lovers of old houses, because the "house" itself, built in 1928, is very interesting - upstairs is the filming location of dawn and Faye Wong's movie "Big City Little Things" in 2003.
This ordinary-looking chair has a reason. Because the largest exhibit in the room is the work of the world's most famous concept artist, Kosus, collected by the landlord's daughter. Corsus's representative work is "One and Three Chairs", so the artist looks forward to completing this "Fourth Chair", and forms a dialogue relationship with Kosus's work. The books placed casually on the shelves are actually works of art, and this "Ruihua Apartment" is a portrait and historical material that young artist Wang Yezi spent half a year collecting and sorting out the portraits and historical materials of 23 households and 38 real residents of Ruihua Apartment in the 1940s.
"Otaku" is not only readable, readable, but also listenable. The fly cages common in this neighborhood are actually a sound device, and the "small pebbles" scattered in the cage are Bluetooth headphones, which will play the voices of 25 women in distress in 9 countries at the same time with a very low voice. The creator is a post-90s poet, and she feels that this form of expression can make it easier for people to understand the situation of these women trapped in the net, wanting to fly but unable to fly.
