On January 2, Henan added 3 new cases of local asymptomatic infection, 1 case in Luoyang and 2 cases in Xuchang

Beijing News Express According to the Henan Health Commission, at 0-24:00 on January 2, there was 1 new imported confirmed case in the province, and 1 new case of asymptomatic infected person imported from abroad was confirmed; 3 new cases of local asymptomatic infection (1 case in Luoyang City, 2 cases in Xuchang City); no new suspected cases.

From January 21, 2020 to 24:00 on January 2, 2022, the province has reported a cumulative total of 1,644 confirmed cases (1,515 local cases and 129 cases imported from abroad), and 26 existing inpatient cases (20 cases in china and 6 cases imported from abroad). There are 19 asymptomatic infected people under medical observation (12 local cases and 7 imported cases abroad). A total of 49,538 close contacts have been traced, and 505 close contacts are under observation.
