In order to accurately do a good job in the epidemic prevention and control work under the emergency state of "external prevention of import and internal prevention and rebound" of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in our city, resolutely overcome the paralyzing thinking and war-weariness, and effectively control and reduce the risk of the import of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the following epidemic prevention and control suggestions are hereby proposed to the general public:
1. Do not go to Xiadu Subdistrict, Yuzhou City, Xuchang City, Henan Province, GuoCun in Liangbei Town, Guolou Village in Huolong Town, Hancheng Subdistrict, Juntai Subdistrict, Mafu Lane Street, Nanjie Community Mosque Back Street, Zhaizi Community South Market North Fourth Road in Yingchuan Subdistrict, Zhaoqiao Village, QinCun, DongCun, Tieli Village, Dabaizhuang Village, Yulou Village, Banpodian Village, Liangbei Village, Daxidian Village, Liangbei Xinfeng Mining Bureau Family Hospital in Jiushan Town, Hougou Village in Jiushan Town, Xiangxu Community in Chuhe Street, and Liumen Village in Mojie Township Luoxi Village in Shundian Town, Dazhou Village in Zhangde Town, Huangzhuang Village in Fanggang Town, areas with cases and high- and medium-risk areas that have been announced in China. If you must go to the community, village or territorial CDC in advance, you must report it to the community, village or territorial CDC, and do a good job of personal protection. Please take the initiative to report to those who have intersected with the published case trajectory and those with a history of residence in high school risk areas. Actively report the trajectory of activities and contact history within 14 days, do not participate in agglomeration activities, do not go to crowded public places, and actively cooperate with nucleic acid testing and implement relevant control measures. If the prevention and control of the epidemic is affected by not reporting or implementing relevant prevention and control measures, the corresponding responsibilities will be pursued in accordance with law.
Second, all those who arrive and return to The City need to scan the QR code of "Registration of Returnees" (see the figure below) 2-3 days in advance before arriving in our city, fill in the information truthfully and completely, and report to the community of residence.
Third, the city's guesthouses, hotels, homestays and other units providing accommodation need to strictly implement the temperature measurement, check health code and itinerary code for all staying passengers, such as the discovery of medium and high-risk areas or cases in the area of residence history of Laiqing personnel, to the community (village tun) or the local CDC in a timely manner, and cooperate with the implementation of relevant control measures.
Fourth, strengthen personal protection and be the first person responsible for health. Non-essential gathering activities are not necessary. In crowded and closed places, adhere to scientific norms to wear masks, and develop good hygiene habits and healthy lifestyles such as frequent hand washing, regular ventilation, "one-meter line", public spoons and chopsticks, cough etiquette, etc. If there are fever, fatigue, myalgia, diarrhea, dry cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and taste, conjunctivitis and other "ten symptoms" of new crown pneumonia, please do not take your own medication, you need to wear a mask as soon as possible to the nearest medical institution fever clinic for medical treatment, avoid taking public transportation during the treatment, and cooperate with the implementation of relevant control measures.
V. Timely and proactive vaccination of the new crown vaccine to build an immune barrier. Recently, sporadic cases of new coronavirus pneumonia have occurred in many places in China, and vaccination against new crown virus is an effective measure to prevent new crown pneumonia, which can reduce the infection rate, severe disease rate and case fatality rate, and it is the responsibility and obligation of every citizen.
