In the past two days, the Jinshan District Fire Rescue Detachment has carried out fire safety inspections for various tourist attractions in the jurisdiction, and made every effort to do a good job in fire prevention and control and emergency preparedness during the festival to create a safe play environment for the public.
Inspectors came to a homestay in Jinshanzui Fishing Village to carry out fire safety inspections, carefully check whether the fire safety passage is blocked, and whether the fire extinguishing equipment is perfect.
In the guest room accommodation area, the inspector explains to the homestay staff about the fire escape equipment used by the tenant in the event of an emergency. In view of the fire safety hazards found in the inspection, the homestay management personnel were reminded one by one and put forward practical and feasible rectification opinions. Subsequently, inspectors came to the shops along the street in the scenic spot to inspect, in a shop making fried food, firefighters prompted the owner about the precautions that high temperatures can easily cause the oil pot to catch fire.
In another store, inspectors inspected the fire extinguishing equipment and found that a fire extinguisher had been used, and immediately asked the owner to replace the fire extinguisher.
"Due to the large number of brick and wood structures and narrow passages in the Jinshanzui Fishing Village area, once a fire occurs, it is easy to cause continuous spread, and we actively cooperate with various tourist attractions in the area to carry out safety inspection actions to eliminate the existing fire hazards and ensure the safety of people's lives and property during the festival." Shi Fengfeng, fire supervisor of the Jinshan District Fire Rescue Detachment, said.
