"We didn't think much of it until a year later, when his good friend invited him to New Zealand, that Haiyang really got involved with skiing." Twice a week, about 2 hours at a time, just like that for a few months. That summer, Zheng Haiyang stepped on a real snow field for the first time in New Zealand. Zheng Haiyang revealed that the professional coach from Austria has developed a more scientific training plan for him, in addition to 3 times a week, a 2-3 hours of timed quantitative technical training, each training interval, the coach will give him a timely review according to the training video. In addition, he will also participate in physical training 1-2 times a week, and at the same time, according to the time, as far as possible, he will increase field training opportunities in ski resorts such as Chongli and Harbin.
These alone have occupied most of The time outside of Zheng Haiyang's schoolwork, but he still feels that it is not enough, and on the days without training, he hides at home to "secretly" make up ski knowledge, watching the video of the Ski World Championships over and over again, and even seriously studying the characteristics of different snowboards and snowshoes.
In the winter of 2020, Zheng Haiyang first touched Qimen, and many coaches in the snow field were amazed by the technology of this southern child, the only deficiency was that the movements were not standardized enough.
