According to the data, WM delivered 5,062 smart pure trams in December, with a cumulative delivery of 15,114 in the fourth quarter, a record high in single-quarter sales; WM delivered 44,157 smart pure trams in 2021, close to the sum of the past three years (5,158 deliveries in 2018, 16,876 in 2019, and 22,495 in 2020)! Since delivery, WM has delivered a total of 88,686 vehicles, and is expected to reach the first 10W+ in the new year.
It is worth mentioning that WM Motors announced on December 1 last year that the company's D2 round of financing has obtained 152 million US dollars, of which Agile led the investment of 140 million US dollars, and Jinhu Shanghui participated in this round of financing as financial advisers. Following the $300 million D1 round of financing in early October last year, WM Motors successfully launched the D2 round of financing. As of now, the total financing of D2 has reached $457 million, and the total amount is expected to exceed $500 million. In addition to equity financing, WM Motor and Agile also signed a strategic cooperation agreement to carry out in-depth cooperation in all aspects.
