Zhanjiang Children's Library is located in No. 57 Yan'an Road, Xiashan District, Zhanjiang City (adjacent to children's park), with a construction area of 6186.16 square meters, 527851 paper resources, 148037 electronic books, 27.314T digital resources, with children and adult reading rooms, children's and adult newspaper rooms, multimedia reading rooms, self-study rooms, reference tool rooms, multi-functional conference rooms, low-child activity rooms, 24-hour self-service libraries, etc.
Added reading capsule to enjoy immersive reading
After the upgrade, the museum has added 3 new reading experience capsules, readers can sit in a comfortable space capsule to read e-books, listen to books, listen to music, etc., creating a new type of reading space for readers and creating a stronger reading atmosphere.
Self-service borrowing and returning machines, on-the-go
In order to make it more convenient to borrow, the library has added 3 intelligent self-service card lending and returning machines, 1 movable book cart and 1 24-hour book return machine, providing readers with a fast service of "on-the-go, borrow-and-return". In addition, readers can use their ID cards to apply for library cards and self-service borrowing and returning books at the self-service terminal, saving readers valuable time.
E-book waterfall, mobile phone scan code can be read
The improvement is for better service, and now, the 2 new e-book waterfalls in the library allow readers not only to click and read at will, but also to scan the "QR code" through the mobile phone to obtain the e-book, so as to read on the mobile phone. At the same time, the library has also added Beibei Guoxue electronic machine, cultural wall, red story painting, etc., and the newly opened digital reading area provides readers with digital book resources and audio resources, from a resource library based on venues and books to a service library centered on user experience and digital resources, and is committed to creating a professional cultural service team with brand characteristics.
Parent-child reading area, deeper feelings
After the upgrading of the venue, a special parent-child reading area has been added, whether it is children's picture books, cloud chandeliers, cute children's bookshelves, warm mother and baby rooms, the "parent-child reading room" has become interesting. While meeting the reading needs of children, we will create a special area for children and become a paradise for children to explore reading.
Equipped with a book disinfection machine, reading is safer
At present, in order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and ensure the reading safety of the majority of readers, a new intelligent temperature measuring machine has been added to the library, requiring readers to take temperature, show health codes, and wear masks throughout the process.
In addition, the library is also equipped with 3 book disinfection machines, and each book returned by readers will be disinfected, and then borrowed on the shelves to strictly prevent and control the epidemic.

Adult Card:
ID card and deposit of 100 rmb (cash)
Children's Card:
Children's household registration book or family ID card and 100 yuan deposit (cash), you can choose to borrow and return the book directly with your ID card, or you can choose to use your ID card to apply for the reader card of the library.

1. Each certificate is upgraded from the original 3 books that can be borrowed to 5 books (the total price of 5 books shall not be higher than 200 yuan).
2. Each card can also borrow 3 periodicals and 2 magazine bound editions.
3. Readers can apply for 1 renewal in the lobby, and the renewal period is 30 days.
