During the "May Day" period, a special exhibition was set up in the lobby of the first floor of the Guangzhou Library to share the reading story of the 40th anniversary of the Guangzhou Library with readers.

The theme exhibition "The Library Meets the Prado - The King, the Painter and Their Paintings" is currently on display at the Guangzhou Library. A selection of 29 high-definition reproductions from the Prado Museum in Spain takes the viewer back to the splendor of Western painting from the Renaissance to the end of the 19th century.
The exhibition will present the most prestigious collection of the Prado Museum, one of the world's three famous paintings, "Gong'e", as well as works from Dürer, Titian, Rembrandt and other important European painters since the Renaissance, bringing the audience a feast of Renaissance painting art.
