I know Lu Min, once she published a new book, to go to my city to do publicity, the publishing company invited me to be her guest, sent a sample book over. I had opened the moon book with the pressure of doing the task, and the first page caught me.
She creates a strange world, the protagonist is an unusual person, but silky to the point of not having a sense of violation, you will feel that it is possible in parallel space. Lu Min's writing is gorgeous and cold, the talent rushes like a gushing river, you are just about to worship, she suddenly closed, as if the showmanship just now is just a little joke with you, the current coldness, is the background.
As a reader, it's a pleasure to read, but as a guest at her book launch, I'm under a lot of pressure. Many novelists write essays, a bit of a deference to the noble mentality, it seems that a few points of force can be glamorous and so on. Lu Min's book is not in this list, often can make people feel that she is doing her best, reading it in addition to the shock, my gossip heart as a fan is also satisfied, watching her growth process, often want to say "so it is" like the Japanese (but they seem to be a bit perfunctory, I am sincere).

Or do you yearn for this way of life, or do you want to escape from facing real problems in this way?
She also can't drive. I had always been very proud of someone like me with a particularly poor coordination, getting a driver's license early, listening to her say this, actually only envy, when I was diligently building the real world, like learning to drive, steaming steamed buns, buying a Xiaoice cabinet to hoard food that I felt might be lacking, but she was blowing in the eight winds, spending most of her energy on building the so-called "vain" world, where time is spent, it can be seen.
Of course, it doesn't mean that building the real world shouldn't be, but I still have to ask myself, do I really like all this I built? Concrete, fragmentary, excessive. Man, do you really need to be safe and comfortable forever? Tadao Ando designed a house for his friend, and he thought it was beautiful to go to the bathroom and actually go through an open area. I've always found this detail interesting, for the sake of beauty, to endure a little discomfort, is it also an option?
In short, Lu Min's life is like her works, which are the kind I yearn for, and my time has been thrown by me piecemeal. In fact, the secretary of the League branch in my high school also had such a serious spirit, but at that time I inexplicably despised others, similar to Jia Baoyu's contempt for most readers, until he was half a life and did not achieve anything, only to find that he was wrong.
In any case, it is right to be serious, and it is right to have the strength to do one thing. No great writer is loose and crumbling, and only with the right attitude can he dig up the deep fountain of talent, like Lu Min, to write a novel.
Lu Min recently published a long novel "Golden River", honestly I have not read it, but I was too happy when I received the book, and I have been busy with some small things in life recently, and I want to save up to read it together. I read the recommendation:
