The new museum of the Municipal Mass Art Museum is located in Jin'an Lake Park, with a total construction area of 27,615 square meters. The new municipal children's library is adjacent to each other, with a total construction area of 19,951 square meters. The two museums project officially started in December 2020 and is a practical project for the private sector in Fuzhou.

The two new pavilions are curved in shape, with richer viewing directions and longer viewing surfaces. The overall design of the building and the green space along the lake was carried out, and the roof greening method was adopted. From the air, two elliptical buildings, one side lifting and the other side lowering, like two pieces of beautiful jade, the whole is like a ruyi, meaning "ruyi lake".
