Meng Qingshu, born in 1911, is a native of Shou County, Anhui Province. She pursued progressive ideas in her early years, and later gave up her superior family life to be admitted to the fifth girls' team of the Whampoa Military Academy, and became the first batch of female soldiers in modern Chinese history with Xie Bingying, Zhao Yiman and others. Because he was born into a famous family, Meng Qingshu behaved very elegantly and spoke very elegantly, and he had a clear eyebrow, which could be called the face value of the girls' team.
After the defeat of the Great Revolution, Meng Qingshu went to the Soviet Union to study at Sun Yat-sen University in Moscow. Here, she became a school flower-level figure and was admired by many boys, including Wang Ming. At that time, Wang Ming was a well-known scholar, with a particularly high level of Russian language, and he was also trained in a key way. But Meng Qingshu couldn't look at it, because Wang Ming was too short, and his height was only on Bogu's shoulders. However, Wang Ming was obsessed with Meng Qingshu and never gave up, until after returning to China, the feelings between them turned around.
In 1930, most of the students who stayed in the Soviet Union returned to China to participate in the work, and Meng Qingshu also came to Shanghai, responsible for keeping the documents of the organs and going to the factory to investigate. Unfortunately, she was later arrested by the enemy and imprisoned. Just when Meng Qingshu was desperate, Wang Ming extended a helping hand, he ran around, made some connections up and down, and finally rescued Meng Qingshu. In the face of Wang Ming, the savior, Meng Qingshu was grateful, and the two eventually married, when she was only 19 years old.
Soon, Wang Ming went to the Soviet Union as a representative to the Comintern, and Meng Qingshu also followed. After the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Meng Qingshu returned to China with her husband Wang Ming to participate in the work, and she successively served as a member and secretary of the Women's Committee of the Yangtze River Bureau, and the director of the Women's Committee of the Women's Movement Department of the Yangtze River Bureau.
However, Wang Ming's health is not very good, and he has gone abroad for treatment several times. In January 1956, Meng Qingshu accompanied Wang Ming to the Soviet Union for medical treatment again, but this time, he never returned. She later settled in Moscow until her death in 1983. Meng Qingshu and Wang Ming have three children, and they also live abroad, which we can recall.
The eldest son, Wang Danzhi, studied computer science at the university in his early years, stayed in the Soviet Union after graduation, and married a Soviet woman and lived in Moscow. The second son, Wang Danding, worked at the Soviet Institute of Far Eastern Studies after graduating from university and never married in his lifetime. The only daughter, Wang Fangni, was sent to the Dimitrov family as an adopted daughter when she was a child, and grew up to work as a pilot, dying in 1985 at the age of 53.
