In 2012, when Wang Mingfu returned from Wuhan to visit his relatives, he saw the current situation of poverty and backwardness in his hometown, and his heart was very unhappy, and he was secretly determined to do something for his hometown.

In the spring of 2013, After many investigations and repeated deliberations, Wang Mingfu returned to his hometown to establish Lichuan Longquan Wine Co., Ltd. Traditional wines such as Baogu wine, prickly pear wine, and fresh bamboo wine in their hometown will be packaged and listed, and the market will be quickly opened through e-commerce channels.

Opportunities are always left to those who are prepared. Wang Mingfu is the first local people's congress deputy to put forward suggestions for promoting the development of e-commerce enterprises. In 2019, a farmer in the town was worried about the slow sale of tens of thousands of kilograms of yam in his family, so he sought help from the Baiyangba town government. At that time, Wang Mingfu was the person in charge of the e-commerce poverty alleviation hall in Baiyangba Town, after understanding the situation, he went to the scene to shoot a lot of short videos and photos, and then used new media to tell the origin, quality and consumption method of yam, it only took a week to help farmers sell tens of thousands of kilograms of yam.

For the first time, Wang Mingfu truly felt the power of e-commerce. In 2019, in the name of the Municipal People's Congress Deputy, he submitted the "Proposal on Increasing the Development of the E-commerce Industry" to the Lichuan Smart City Service Center. In August of that year, the Lichuan Smart City Service Center responded to this proposal, saying that it would actively strive for policies and effectively implement them in accordance with its work responsibilities.

In order to train excellent anchors as soon as possible, Bai Yang specially set up a "people's congress deputies e-commerce group". Members of the e-commerce group of the npc deputies have repeatedly gone to Enshi, Yichang, Wuhan and Hangzhou to participate in skills training, regularly walk into the e-commerce live broadcast room to endorse the products of their hometown, and also organize local entrepreneurs to study and study in places where e-commerce has developed well.

After returning from the inspection, the members of the "People's Congress Deputies E-commerce Group" taught the "village flowers" about the operation knowledge of live broadcasting, and also invited some professional teachers to teach them, telling them that as "grassroots" anchors, what time is the golden time, how to drain, how to design product-related content, etc.

"E-commerce to help farmers" is of great significance to Baiyangba Town. After tasting the sweetness, the villagers began to know the importance of "self-sales" after "self-production". As a result, local agricultural products such as tea, dried beans, fragrant dumplings, and yams were sold to the outside of the mountains through a "live broadcast of village flowers". This is inseparable from Wang Mingfu's hard work.

In August 2018, with the support of the government of Baiyangba Town, Wang Mingfu founded the Lichuan E-commerce Poverty Alleviation Pavilion to open up sales channels for agricultural products in his hometown and become the production and marketing connection point of "one township, one industry" and "one village and one product" agricultural products in Lichuan. It has created successful sales cases such as Hengshi Purple Yam, Winter Peach along the River, and Lichuan Crisp Plum, which have won the attention of many media in provinces and cities.
