The 28-year-old boy had chest pain for more than a year, and it was coronary heart disease when he checked it out

Mr. Li, a 28-year-old who lives in Changsha, has experienced chest pain and chest tightness every time he has been physically active or emotionally agitated for nearly a year, and he feels a sense of pressure in his chest, as if he is being stepped on. But after a few minutes of calm rest, the feeling disappeared on its own, so Mr. Li did not pay attention to it. In recent days, Mr. Li has felt that the chest pain after the activity is worse than before, and the time to be relieved is also longer than before, and Mr. Li has attracted attention.

So accompanied by a friend, he went to the Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Department of the Second People's Hospital of Hunan Province for treatment. Associate Professor Xing Zuzhong, director of the Department of Cardiovascular Rehabilitation, gave a detailed "look and feel" to Mr. Li. Associate Professor Xing Zuzhong observed that Mr. Li is 168 cm tall but weighs 85 kg, which is already obese. In the process of consultation, it was found that Mr. Li loves to eat supper, loves fried and barbecued food, does not love sports, often stays up late, and his life schedule is very irregular.

Through the coronary artery CTA examination, it was found that Mr. Li's coronary arteries were narrowed, and the clinical symptoms of Mr. Li were combined to diagnose coronary heart disease. Symptomatic treatment such as anti-platelet aggregation, lipid regulation, and plaque stabilization is given.

Associate Professor Xing Zuzhong introduced: Coronary heart disease is the abbreviation of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, which is due to the narrowing or occlusion of the lumen caused by atherosclerotic lesions in coronary arteries, resulting in myocardial ischemia, hypoxia or necrosis, chest pain, chest tightness and other discomforts. It is an ischemic heart disease. The most common symptom is chest pain, but shortness of breath and palpitations may also occur.

Coronary heart disease is more common in adults over 40 years old, and in recent years, it has shown a trend of rejuvenation, resulting in many risk factors for coronary heart disease, among which in addition to uncontrollable factors such as genetic factors and age. It also includes controllable factors such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, smoking, and alcohol consumption. Coronary heart disease can not be completely cured, in the early stage of the disease has little impact on patients, as the disease progresses, severe can be due to myocardial infarction, or heart failure caused by coronary heart disease, malignant arrhythmias and other deaths. Therefore, in the early stage of the disease, intervention should be done to delay the progression of the disease and reduce the occurrence of angina pectoris and myocardial infarction.

Associate Professor Xing Zuzhong suggested that a good lifestyle can help prevent or delay the progression of coronary heart disease, and now the pace of life is fast, the pressure is high, and there should be moderate exercise and regular work and rest in the spare time.

Low-salt and low-fat diet, smoking and alcohol cessation, control of high risk factors such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and hyperglycemia.

Maintain a good mindset and avoid too much mood swings.

Keep warm, reduce respiratory infections, and avoid the risk of exacerbation of coronary heart disease.

You can carry drugs such as nitroglycerin tablets with you, and you can use them in time when angina occurs, so as to get relief.

Standardize medication under the guidance of a doctor, and if discomfort occurs, seek medical attention in time.
