Previously, because of the core change incident, the solution given by Euler was to compensate 10,000 yuan for charging equity, but it was not accepted by most users. If according to the latest plan, after the APP upgrade in January, the indemnified car owner can withdraw cash directly from the APP to his bank card. In the first 11 months of this year, Euler Good Cat sold 40,246 vehicles. If converted according to the way each car owner compensates 10,000 yuan in cash, Euler Good Cat will pay a huge price of more than 400 million yuan for the "core change" scandal.

Recently, according to the data of enterprise inspection and Tianyancha, China FAW Group Co., Ltd. applied for the registration of a number of "meta-universe", "METAVERSE", "HQ METAVERSE", "F METAVERSE" trademarks, international classification involving means of transport, advertising sales, etc., the current trademark status is "registration application", has not yet been approved.
At present, a number of car companies have applied for the registration of meta-universe related trademarks, including SAIC, Geely, Ideal, Weilai, Xiaopeng and so on.
In September, Beijing Chehejia Information Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Ideal Automobile, added a number of trademark application information for "Meta universe" and "Ideal Meta universe"; in October, SAIC Motor Group Co., Ltd. applied for the registration of nearly 100 trademarks containing the words "Auto universe"; in November, Guangdong Xiaopeng Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Niolai Automobile Co., Ltd. also applied for the registration of a number of "Xiaopeng Yuan universe" trademarks; WEILAI also applied for the registration of a number of "Xiaopeng Yuan universe" trademarks in the NIO Day 2021 activities some time ago. Jointly with VR hardware vendor NOLO launched automotive short-throw NIO VR Glasses, and AR hardware manufacturer Nreal launched automotive-specific AR glasses NIO AR Glasses.

Geely and Foxconn established an intelligent manufacturing company with a registered capital of 100 million yuan
Recently, Shandong Fujikang Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., jointly held by Geely Holding Subsidiary and Foxconn Subsidiary, was officially established in Zibo, Shandong Province. According to official information, the legal representative of Fuji Kang is Li Guangyao, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, and the business scope includes: auto parts research and development, auto parts and accessories manufacturing, auto parts retail wholesale, auto new car sales, etc. The equity penetration shows that the company's two shareholders, Zhejiang Geely Production and Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and Futaihua Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., each hold 50% of the shares.
According to the agreement signed by the two parties, the board of directors of the new company consists of 5 directors, of which Foxconn appoints 3 directors, Geely Holdings appoints 2 directors, and the chairman is appointed by Foxconn. This reveals that Foxconn may dominate in the joint venture.
From the company's business scope, it can be seen that Geely is actively laying out the autonomy of the supply chain of parts and components required for new energy vehicles, reducing the possibility of supply difficulties caused by force majeure factors and thus affecting product delivery.
