Rivian announced that it is delaying the delivery of high-capacity power battery models until 2023

The U.S. Stock Research Agency learned that according to NetEase News, in the email sent to customers, the American electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian (RIVN. O) CEO RJ Scaringe announced that electric pickup trucks and SUVs equipped with high-capacity power batteries will be postponed until 2023.

Scaringe said that the vast majority of the approximately 71,000 R1T pickup trucks and R1S SUV electric vehicle orders currently received in the United States and Canada are small-capacity battery versions that can last up to 505 kilometers (314 miles) on a single charge.
